Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of networkinginnovation.digital and related training services offered by Networkinginnovation.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or enrolling in a Networkinginnovation program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase services. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services described
Networkinginnovation provides educational programs and informational content about cloud security audits for fintech systems. Website pricing is informational. Binding commercial terms are set out in invoices, order forms, or written statements of work issued after inquiry.
3. Accounts and communications
You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting forms or enrolling. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any cohort credentials we issue and for activity under those credentials.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, site content, worksheets, lab designs, and branding are owned by Networkinginnovation or its licensors. We grant enrolled learners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal employer learning during and after the cohort as specified in your enrollment confirmation. You may not resell, publicly republish, or sublicense materials without prior written consent.
Lab environments remain our property. Copying lab configurations into public repositories is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or labs to probe systems you do not own or lack authorization to test, distribute malware, harass other participants, or attempt to disrupt our services. Violation may result in removal from a cohort without refund where permitted by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. No professional advice
Training content is educational. It is not legal, regulatory, or certified audit advice for a specific entity. Decisions about supervisory filings, certifications, or production changes remain yours and your advisors’.
7. Disclaimers
The website and materials are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content will meet every organizational requirement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Korea, Networkinginnovation and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid enrollment shall not exceed the fees you paid for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Networkinginnovation against claims arising from your misuse of labs, unauthorized testing of third-party systems, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to eligible individuals.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law. For enrolled learners, material changes to service delivery will be communicated by email when practicable.
